IGBO-BIAFRAN DIOCESE IN PORTSMOUTH.

The Catholic bishop of Portsmouth in

England BISHOP PHILIP EGAN inaugurate Igbo-Biafran Chaplaincy yesterday been the 23th of aFeb.2020 in Portsmouth.

It was an awesome ceremony

as the brethren saw Bishop Philip Egan 

dressed in traditional isi-asu chasuble for the inauguration ceremony.
